This busy office, is upstairs above Camelot real estate and opposite the Commonwealth Bank in Albert Avenue. The bustling business district around Albert Ave is also home to many wondrous, vibrant cafes, internationally themed restaurants and an eclectic bar scene showcasing live music acts, local and regularly featuring international djs. Broadbeach is also home to the annual Jazz and Blues festival, Sunday morning Arts and Crafts market, a Farmers market, and every three months - Opera in the Park.

The Broadbeach Flatmate Centre is so convenient to locate. The office is also well positioned between the Convention Centre and Kurrawa beach and close to Jupiters Casino, Pacific Fair shops and Bus connection. We are one street north of the Broadbeach Mall, Starbucks, McDonalds, and the Oasis Shopping Centre. This centre contains Woolworths and many men's clothing retail outlets and ladies boutiques.
